Privacy policy
Effective October 10, 2026 · Last updated October 10, 2026
We use the details you give us to answer inquiries and fulfill orders. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or add inquiry contacts to marketing lists. We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic, with an opt-out in Cookie settings.
Who we are and what this covers
Bigtime Graphicss is a graphics and printing business based in Dearborn, Michigan, United States. This policy covers our website and the information you provide when contacting us through it. Bigtime Graphicss is responsible for deciding how that information is used.
For privacy questions or requests, email bigtimegraphicss@gmail.com or call +1 (313) 472-9383.
Information we collect and why
- Inquiries and orders. You may provide your name, email address, phone number, message, artwork and order details. We use them to respond, prepare quotes, coordinate and fulfill your order, and provide related support. Details needed for a particular order may include a delivery address. We do not use inquiry or order information for unrelated marketing.
- How the contact form works. Typing into the form does not submit its contents to us. “Open Email Draft” opens your chosen email app with your name in the subject and your message in the body. We receive these details and your sender email address when you send the email. Your email provider processes the draft and sent message under its own privacy policy. The website has no account registration, online checkout or payment-card form.
- Website delivery and security. Our hosting provider, Google Firebase Hosting, receives your IP address and technical request information needed to deliver the website and detect abuse. This happens when you visit, even if you reject analytics.
- Website traffic analytics. Unless you opt out or send a supported browser privacy signal, Google Analytics processes cookie identifiers, pages visited, interactions, visit times, browser and device information, referring-site information and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use reports to understand and improve the website. We do not intentionally send your name, email address or message content to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our site configuration.
Cookies and your choice
Google Analytics runs when you visit unless you have opted out or your browser sends a supported privacy signal. It uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to recognize browsers and measure visits and sessions. These cookies are configured to last up to 180 days without extending their expiry on each visit.
You can turn analytics off in Cookie settings, available in the footer of every page. Opting out does not affect browsing or contacting us. It stops future analytics and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google.
We store a choice you make in your browser’s local storage under bigtime-cookie-choice. It is used only to remember your preference and stays until you change it or clear site data. Choices apply to this browser and website address. If storage is unavailable, a new choice may last for the current page only.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) or a Do Not Track (DNT) signal set to “1” turns off analytics. Fonts, images and site scripts are served from our own hosting. Social-media and map links are ordinary links, not embedded tracking widgets.
Who receives information
Information is available to people working on your inquiry or order and to service providers needed to deliver those services, such as our email provider (Gmail), hosting provider (Google Firebase) and Google Analytics when enabled. If your order requires delivery or another fulfillment service, necessary order details may be provided to that service. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and prevent abuse.
Google explains its processing in its Privacy Policy, information about partner sites and Firebase privacy information. Other sites linked from our pages, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Google Maps, have their own privacy and cookie practices once you visit them.
How long information is kept
Inquiry and order records are kept for the time needed to respond, fulfill and support orders, maintain required business records, and address disputes or legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and applicable requirements; contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
Google states that Firebase Hosting retains IP data for a few months. Google Analytics report and event retention is separate from cookie expiry and depends on the Analytics property settings and Google’s processing terms. The cookie period above does not describe how long Google retains previously collected data.
Your privacy requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to a copy in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a privacy regulator. Some records may need to be retained to complete an order or meet legal obligations. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your request.
You can stop future traffic analytics through Cookie settings at any time.
Location and security
We operate in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, which may have different privacy laws from your location. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information in the inquiry form or ordinary email.
Children
This website is intended for a general audience seeking graphics and printing services, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided it, contact us so we can address it.
